作品名:浮世絵 市川蝦蔵の「竹村定之進」
作家名：東洲斎写楽

■作家略歴
寛政六年（1794）から翌年にかけて。
およそ10ヶ月の期間内に約140点の錦絵作品を出版した後、
浮世絵の分野から姿を消した。
本名、生没年、出身地などは長きにわたり不明であり、
その正体については様々な研究がなされてきたが、
現在では阿波の能役者斎藤十郎兵衛だとする説が有力となっている。

歌舞伎絵といえば誰もが思い浮かぶ有名な作品。　
目や口元の表情が生き生きと表現された写楽の代表的な作品です。 
描き上げた写楽の代表作です。
