    ハンドペインティングで描かれた小さな花々を撒き散らしたようなこのデザイン(ミルフルール・1,000の花)のパターンはヘレンドのマスターペインターが牧草地を探索して作成したものです。花々の多くはヘレンド村の周辺の牧草地や森で見られるものです。※ヘレンド作品はハンドメイド、ハンドペインティングで描かれている為、一点一点、絵柄の細部が微妙に異なります。
    ハンガリーの名窯ヘレンドは1826年、首都ブダペストから120キロ離れた寒村ヘレンド村に誕生した。その時代「貴族の中の貴族」と称されたハプスブルク家のフランツ・ヨゼフ皇帝の庇護の下、ヨーロッパ中の王侯、貴族の愛好家を顧客として発展を遂げた小さな窯ヘレンドは今日、頑なに手造り拘る名窯ヘレンドとして名声を高めています。
