    上村 淳之（うえむら あつし、1933年（昭和8年）4月12日 - ）は、日本画家、日本芸術院会員。
    本名・上村 淳（うえむら あつし）。
    京都市立芸術大学名誉教授。
    元京都市立美術大学教授・副学長。
    日本鳥類保護連盟奈良研究所所長。
    奈良市在住。 上村松篁の子として京都市に生まれる。
    特別科学学級での同級に、伊丹十三がいた。父同様、花鳥画を描く。
    上村松園は祖母で、親子三代続いての芸術院会員。
    松園、松篁、淳之三代の作品を展示する松伯美術館の館長も務める。
    2013年、文化功労者。
