上村淳之うえむら-あつし 1933－　昭和後期-平成時代の日本画家。昭和8年4月12日生まれ。上村松園の孫。上村松篁(しょうこう)の子。京都市立美大(現京都市立芸大)在学中から新制作協会の京都日本画展などで入選をかさねる。花鳥画に緊張感のある空間表現を導入。平成7年「雁金」で芸術院賞。母校の教授をへて,11年副学長。14年芸術院会員。17年創画会理事長。松伯美術館館長。創画会会員。25年文化功労者。京都府出身。本名は淳。作品に「緋縅綬鶏」など。
