    ウジェーヌ・ブータン（Eugene Boudin） 

    1824年フランスのノルマンディー地方オンフルールにて誕生した画家ウジェーヌ・ブータン
    非常に美しく風景を描き「空の王者」とよばれています。
    1845年頃、ブータンはミレー等のバルビゾン派の画家たちと出会い、交流を始める。
    印象派を代表する若き画家モネと出会い、モネを屋外に連れ出して外で絵を描くことを教える。
    1859年には画家ギュスターヴ・クールベと出会い、互いに影響を与える相手となる。
