作家情報
1845－1933　明治-昭和時代前期の華族。 弘化(こうか)2年11月25日生まれ。肥後熊本藩主細川家の一門長岡興恭の長男。細川興昌の養子となる。西南戦争では旧熊本藩士の鎮定に尽力。維新史料編纂(へんさん)会委員をつとめた。男爵。昭和8年3月3日死去。89歳。
