    細く鋭い線で描かれた「針金鉄斎」時代の作品です。

    【富岡鉄斎】1836-1924
    日本画家。京都の生まれ。名は猷輔、のち百錬。字を無倦、号を鉄斎。別号に鉄人、鉄史、鉄崖、鉄頑史など。耳が少し不自由であったが、幼少の頃から勉学に励み、はじめ富岡家の家学である石門心学を、15歳頃から大国隆正に国学や勤王思想を、岩垣月洲らに漢学、陽明学、詩文などを学ぶ。幕末は勤皇学者として国事に奔走。維新後は絵画に専念。南画・明清画・大和絵などを研究。水墨画に独自の画境をひらく。作「不尽山頂全図」「蓬莱仙境図」など。
