    ★商品説明★絵サイズ：372×255ｍｍ　技法（種別）：木版画　紙質：和紙

    世界的芸術家、葛飾北斎。その『富嶽三十六景』中の『五百らかん寺さざゐどう』です。龍香堂と親交の有る版画研究室から買い取りました。北斎の描いた富士の自然な美を、手摺木版で忠実に復刻した作品です。

    ※画像３は版木の一部と裏面の画像です。版画用染料が裏写りしているのは、印刷ではないことの証しです。

    ●「富嶽三十六景」四十六枚は、古来日本人のすべてに愛され親しまれてきた。富士山を中心に、自然界の風景を幾何学的要素に還元して見る手法を縦横に駆使し、清新な色調で組絵の面白さを求めた傑作で、北斎五十年間の画業は、まさに此処に凝縮されていたと言えます。更に、西洋から輸入された人工顔料ベルリアン・ブルーを用い、従来の藍よりも一際鮮やかな発色が評判になり大流行を呼びました。

    【作品解説】五百らかん寺さざゐどう（ごひゃくらかんじさざいどう）
    江戸名所の一つ五百羅漢寺は本所竪川にあり、その寺内の「さざい堂」は三層の堂宇で、螺旋階段を登りきると広々とした江戸の眺望が楽しめた。見晴台から彼方の晴天にくっきりと浮ぶ富士。背中を向けた人々の視線の焦点はそこに注がれており、北斎ならではの巧みな遠近法と不思議な空間の広がりを感じさせる風俗画である。
