スイスの画家アルベール・アンカーの描く
少女と猫のスイス製ポストカードです。

19世紀スイスの自然主義の画家アルベール・アンカー（1831-1910年）。
日本ではあまり知られていませんが、国民的画家としてスイスでは大変な人気を誇っており、
その作品はスイス国内の多くの美術館に所蔵されています。

スイス中央部のインス村出身のアンカーは、
創作活動のために秋から春まではパリに暮らし、
夏だけ故郷に滞在する生活を送っていましたが、描き続けたのは
生まれ育った故郷の村の情景です。

村の子供や老人などの日々の生活を題材にし、
とくに少女を描いた作品はアンカーの代名詞になっています。
細密で穏やかな色調で描かれた情景の数々は、
どこか懐かしく、ぬくもりを感じさせます。

切手を貼ってそのまま送ったり、荷物にメッセージカードとして同封したり。
また、小さな額に入れたり、そのまま飾ったりと
手軽なインテリアとしても楽しめます。
