    その上で真作でないと判断された場合、落札金額を御返金致します。
    但し、購入代金の払い戻しをする以外に一切の義務はなく
          損害賠償・利息・送料・鑑定料・損害金・その他の費用の支払いは一切致しません。
    保証期間は落札日から180日間とさせていただきます。
