    ■真作　笹尾光彦「Roses in Red Freme A」油絵　赤の画家　２０号　1998年です。コレクター放出品。額装、直筆サイン入り。サイズ：画寸72.7×60.6cm、額寸約91×78.5cm、重量約10Kg。作品に経年のシミ汚れ（画像参照）がございます。額に経年のキズや汚れがございます。画像のものが全てです。

    ■絵画のタイトル或は、商品説明に「真作」と記載がない場合は、真贋が不明です。また、公的鑑定書等が付属いたしません。特に説明がない場合は、ヤフオクの美術品出品ルールに従って原則「模写・巧芸画」として出品させていただきます。

    「真作」表記の作品が万が一、公式の鑑定機関（絵画収集家・専門家・美術館・学芸員・画廊・所定鑑定人となっていない作家親族などによる判断は、正式な鑑定とは認められません。）から真作でないと判断された場合、落札金額を御返金致します。但し、購入代金の払い戻しをする以外に一切の義務はなく、損害賠償・利息・送料・鑑定料・損害金・その他の費用の支払いは一切致しません。

    鑑定を行う際には、落札から5日以内にその旨を取引ナビにてご連絡ください。また、鑑定に要する日数は最長2ヶ月間とさせて頂きます。

    鑑定の結果が出ましたら公定鑑定機関での鑑定料の領収書のコピーが必要ですのでご提出ください。なお、鑑定に関する費用、送料などの諸経費はご落札者様でご負担下さい。鑑定の代行などはできませんのでご了承ください。
