    商品説明
    作品解説1895年神奈川県横浜市出身。1972年77歳没。版画家。大正末期から昭和の頃に盛んとなったオランダ文化研究の影響を受け、かつての横浜絵や長崎絵のような発想・主題からやがて明治の文明開化期の詩的表現へと向かっている。特に長崎南蛮風俗、明治開化風俗に惹かれ、それらは素朴な彫り味と、懐古的な詩情に満ちている。川上澄夫は、すべての工程を一人で行っていた作家であり、ガラス絵、肉筆画も残して少数であるが残している。国画会会員。本作品はその希少なガラス絵の作品。代表作である南蛮船と南蛮人図がモチーフであり、額部分も彼の作品である。これだけの条件が揃った作品は中々お目にかかれない超貴重な作品。
