    全体縦180ｃｍ×横46.5ｃｍ。本紙縦104ｃｍ×横34ｃｍ。

    本紙＝概ね良好。小ヤケ、極小シミ、極小オレがあります。
    表具＝概ね良好。小ヤケ、極小オレがあります。

    三谷有信。
    久留米藩最後の御用絵師。天保11年生。三谷勝波方信の長男。三谷等哲の末裔。幼名虎三郎。のちに狩野勝沢と称した。安政6年、17歳で木挽町狩野家の狩野勝川院に入門。20歳の時に狩野姓を許され狩野勝沢と称した。狩野芳崖、橋本雅邦は同門。明治に入ると長崎や東京で西洋画法を研究。県会議員、初代久留米市会議長をつとめる一方、内国絵画共進会、東洋絵画共進会などに出品した。明治40年には政界を引退して画業に専念した。大正14年、東京において84歳で死去した(ＵＡＧ美術家研究所)。
