    説明大分県出身 日本画家 高倉観崖の『絹本堅幅極彩色密画宝苑双鶏之図』直筆(肉筆) 共箱 御軸です。
    状態は良好で、美品です。
    「泉都客舎中」とありますので、大分県 別府滞在のおり、描かれた物で、
    「丙寅」とありますので、42歳の頃の作品です。
    この作家の一番良い時期の作品です。
    綺麗な軸先が付いています、画像で御確認下さい。

    高倉観崖は、
    日本画家。
    明治17年(1884)大分県生。
    名は孫三郎、通称は宏明。
    京美校卒。
    竹内栖鳳・菊池芳文・山元春挙らに師事する。
    数回にわたり中国に遊び、『蘇江所見』を出版した。
    また画のかたわら俳句もよくした。
    昭和37(1962)年歿、74才。
