    略歴・解説
    和歌山県高野山に生まれ、愛媛県西条市で少年時代を過ごす。1953（昭和28）年京都市立美術大学洋画科卒業。同校洋画専攻科修了後、1958（昭和33）年同校日本画専攻科も修了。公募団体に属さず、1961（昭和36）年より毎年、京都、大阪、東京で水墨画の個展を開催している。1971（昭和46）年「今日の日本画展」（山種美術館主催）への出品作《鉢中の天》が山種美術館買上となる。1989（平成元）年穐月明水墨画集『旅の途中頌』を出版。
