    生誕没年：　1929～
    画暦：　フランスに生まれる。1949年、パリ美術学校に入学。ブリアンションのアトリエで学ぶ。1952年、フロレンス・ブリュメンタル賞受賞。1953年、ローマ・グランプリ賞受賞。1962年、シュールロット賞受賞。サロン・ドートンヌ、サロン・デ・チュイルリー委員や各地ビエンナーレの会員となる。1959年より、パリ、ジュネーブ、ニューヨークで定期的に個展開催。1984年、東京、森工房で大版画『雪の乗馬』『青い池』を制作。やわらかいフォームと明快な色彩を駆使し、自由自在で詩的な表現を得意とする作家。フランス的なセンスが万人に好まれる。作品はフランス政府パリ美術館、オランダ美術館などに収蔵されている。
