    全国の美術館や有名百貨店、画廊で展覧会を行うかたわら、新宿区・練馬区・日野市などの都市型アートイベントにおいて子どもアートプログラムのプロデュースなどを手がける。東日本大震災以降は、NPO法人3.11こども文庫の理事長として被災地の子どもたちに絵本や画材を届ける活動や、文部科学省復興教育支援事業としての講師やコーディネーターも務めている。絵本やエッセイなど著書多数。舞台美術・衣装デザイン・雑誌表紙・ポスター広告・CDジャケットなど多方面で活躍。BMWジャパン、トヨタ、JTAなど、企業とのコラボレーションも多数。
