    商品説明
    作品解説1907年福島県出身。90歳没。独学で木版画の学び、福島県会津の風景や京都奈良の寺、仏画などを多く作製。2018年渋谷ヒカリエにて展覧会開催。素朴な構成でありながら黒灰色を基調とした作品は味わい深く、洋画技法を習得した事により遠近法を作品に取り入れる事によって他の木版画には出せない世界を作りだしている。本作品は、雲母摺り(写楽の作品などに使われている)を使用し黒を基調とした作品ながらキラキラしているように見える作品。タイトルのDREAM(A)の通り、斎藤清の感じる夢の世界。シュルレアリスムとはまた違う構成の世界とも言えよう。木版画という技法を基幹にこれだけ幅広い表現を追求している木版画家は現在でも私はいないと思っている。
