    ハンガリーの名窯ヘレンドの代表作の一つ。1848年頃創作されたこの作品のオリジナルは1851年ロンドンの万国博覧会でヴィクトリア女王にディナーサービスを買い上げられヘレンドのパターンの中でも最も有名なものとなり、以来ヴィクトリアと名づけられました。ハンドペインティングで描かれた縁取りの金彩、グリーンの暈し、グラデーションを効果的に使った百数十種の異なった花や蝶をモチーフに使ったバリエーションでヘレンド・ヴィクトリアブーケの世界が広がります。※ヘレンド作品はハンドメイド・ハンドペインティングで描かれている為、色合い、風合い等一点一点、絵柄の細部が微妙に異なります。カップとソーサーにはオープンワーク(透かしの技術)が使われています。
    ハンガリーの名窯ヘレンドは1826年、首都ブダペストから120キロ離れた寒村ヘレンド村に誕生した。その時代「貴族の中の貴族」と称されたハプスブルク家のフランツ・ヨゼフ皇帝の庇護の下、ヨーロッパ中の王侯、貴族の愛好家を顧客として発展を遂げた小さな窯ヘレンドは今日、煩雑で根気の必要な作業を続け、頑なに手造り拘る名窯ヘレンドとして名声を高めています。
