    動作確認しています。老舗のオーディオ店にて、整備・点検をしてもらっています。1920年前後の製品で、ウェスタンの最初のアッテーネーターとのことです。アッテネーターですので、壊れることなく現在までもっていますので、初期のWEの音が聴けて、思い切り楽しめます。貴重な製品です。”もの凄い”の一言に尽きる音質です。広大なステージの音空間が現出します。私見ですが、世界最高のプリアンプと思っています。この装置をCDプレーヤーとプリアンプの間に入れるだけで、ウェスタンの音を堪能できます。（私観）内部は、H型抵抗器になっていまして、インピーダンを600オームに保持しています。貴重な巻線抵抗の山です。回路図を起こしてもらおうと頼んだのですが、複雑すぎてとても無理とのことでした。/プリの個体のインピーダンスは、数kから30kΩくらいまでになりますので、600Ωのアッテネーターを高い数値で受けますので問題なく再生します。CDの出力インピーダンスはこのアッテネーターよりも、いくらか高いのでマッチングロスが生じます。これでCDの出力を下げることになりまして、プリのボリュームの入力レベルあった適切な出力に緩和されます。実際には、オーディオシステムの素子の相互作用によって音質は決定されます。同じトランスを使用しても音質は変化しますので、接続してから、アンプやSPを取り替えて比較して試聴していく楽しみが生まれます。/中央がセンターボリュームです。右側が微調整用のボリュームでして、0.5dB刻みとのことです。左側のトグルスイッチは、入力のHigh・Lowの切り替え機能です。モノラル時代の個体ですので、二台の音量差があります。設定してから、数日間は音が変わっていきます。サイズ:横41センチ/高さ17センチ／奥行き13センチ　ケースは無垢のチーク材を用いており、かなりの重量があります。フタは一台のみに付属します。内部を金属板でシールドしています。真ん中のアース端子は、シールド板のみと繋がっていまして、内部の回路には接続していません。RCA（アンバランス）接続にして使用していました。写真のようにアース端子とマイナス端子の両方を繋いでください。時代なりの中古品ですので、使用感・小傷・傷みなどがありますので、ご理解のある方の入札をお願いします。送料無料で、ヤマトの発送です。
