    2023年最も注目を集めたタイトルだったと言っても過言ではないSCHOOL GIGが生まれ変わってまいりました！ボーカルがはっきりくっきり聞こえるではありませんか！一聴してすぐに分かるレベルです。現在ファンの間でベストなクオリティだと言われているEVSD盤のDisc 2を元により丁寧にレストアされボーカルを浮かび上がらせることに成功したのが本作と言うわけです。どのマスターを聴いてもさまざまなノイズがありましたが一旦モノラルにすることにより大きくそのノイズを低減することに成功しました。そしてテープが進むにつれ遅くなっていた(レコーダーがバッテリー駆動であったため)テープスピードも補正。そしてこのテープを録音されたリスニングルームのエアコンの音もスペクトラム解析により低減することができました。250hzより下部がほぼ死んでいる状態だったのでその欠落してしまっている周波数をほぼ同時期のBBCでのパフォーマンスをチョイスし補填しました。これでポールのベース、リンゴのドラムがより良くなりました。もちろんパフォーマンスにはほぼ影響はありません。これらの緻密なレストア作業により生まれ変わったフレッシュばストウスクールでのライヴをお楽しみください。そうそう録音していた生徒は三列目中央にいたためにテープの交換に行くことができませんでした、ゆえにライヴは途中までしか録音されませんでした、なのであと2曲演奏されたSweet Little SixteenとLong Tall Sallyをスタークラブから収録してあります。

    初回限定セットのみボーナスディスクの”Bonus EP”が付属します。
    ストウ学園でのライヴ当日のBBC出演音源と翌日のEMIでのライヴ音源を収録。まさにその日のダイアリーのような記録です。このボーナスは無くなり次第終了ですのでお早めに。
