    ■商品の補足解説■
    隠れキリシタン（かくれキリシタン）は、日本の江戸時代に江戸幕府が禁教令を布告してキリスト教を弾圧した後も、密かに信仰を続けたキリスト教徒（キリシタン）信者です。

    以下の2つに分けられ、かつては両者を区別しなかったが、現代では前者を「潜伏キリシタン」と呼ぶことも多い。

    1.強制改宗により仏教を信仰していると見せかけ、キリスト教（カトリック）を偽装棄教した信者のこと。

    2.1873年（明治6年）に禁教令が解かれて潜伏する必要がなくなっても、江戸時代の秘教形態を守り、カトリック教会に戻らない信者。
