    使用されているフォークはすべて1800年代～1940年代までのアンティークのみを厳選して使用されています。フォークは銀製、それ以外は鉄製です。金色の金具は真鍮製になります。大阪のブティックエルミタージュで60000円程度で購入しました。アンティークの素材特有のくすみや傷などありますが製品の特性になりますのでご理解の上ご入札くださいませ。ぜひこの機会にご検討くださいませ。

    【Piece Montee(ピエスモンテ)…ピエスモンテとはフランス語でテーブル装飾を意味し、19世紀のフランスでは客人をもてなす料理の前にテーブルに高く積み上げた料理、飾り付けの事を云うそうで、現在のウェディングケーキの由来となっております。様々な素材を組み合わせ、重ね合わせる事をコンセプトとし、デザイナー自身が料理人とい う事もあり、“ピエスモンテ”と命名されました。 1970年のベトナム戦争時代、サンフランシスコに住んでいたデザイナーが、その当時HAIGHT&ASHBURYにいたヒッピーから伝授された技術をもとに、アンティークのテーブルウェア(スプーンやフォーク)等を1点1点ハンドメイドにてカスタムしたアクセサリーブランドです。現在は拠点を日本に移し活動しております。】
