    椅子のきしむ音まで収録された大変良好な録音に驚きました。
    ８月９日のライヴは初出、８月３日分は他レーベルより出ていましたが比べものになりません。
    初出の『エロイカ』や第40番のマッシブな迫力はセルならではで、ベルリン・フィルがそれに輪をかけた熱演で聴き手を大いに魅了します。
    恐ろしく充実のセットと申せましょう。
     なお、『海』『英雄』など８月９日の公演は、当初ベイヌムが指揮する予定でしたが、病気により降板となったため、急遽セルが代役を務めたということです。（キングインターナショナル）
