    韓国螺鈿打抜き

    ■螺鈿（らでん）とは・・・
    主にあわび貝や夜光貝、蝶貝などを細かく色々な形に切り抜いた物を漆器や木地の表面にはめ込み、または貼りつけて装飾する工芸技法の事です。
    漆を塗ったものに模様を付けていく本当に細かい作業をした後、さらに漆を塗り、表面を削った後、つやが出るまで磨き上げて仕上げられた大変手の込んだ作品です

    美しい羽をもつ「孔雀」は災厄や子孫繁栄を象徴する柄 孔雀は毒蛇や害虫を食べるほど生命力が高いので、邪気を払うと信仰されてきた鳥です。

    牡丹の花は吉祥文様でもあります。 吉祥文様とは、吉祥には幸福や、繁栄、この上なく縁起がいいことなど、おめでたい意味があることから結婚式などにも用いられる定番の柄でもあります。
