    ハンドメイドのカッティングボードです。日本ではあまり馴染みがありませんが洋式まな板です。

    切り分けが必要な食材をのせて食卓にならべる目的で制作しています。

    一般的な料理まな板としては少々使いにくいかもしれません。

    裏面にはゴム脚を付けています。両面使いできませんが、少し高さがあるので持ちやすく滑りにくいので食材を安定して切る事ができます。
    自然木ですので季節や湿度で常に動くものですが、多少反ったりしてもゴム脚である程度対応できる為ガタつき防止にもなります。

    全て無着色です。木そのままの色です。

    ボンド　タイトボンド3　アメリカの食品衛生適合の耐水ボンド

    仕上げ　ウッドフード　ミネラルオイル(木を保湿させ水を染み込みにくくします)　蜜蝋ワックス(撥水効果を高めます)　オイル、ワックス共に食品衛生適合しています。

    定期的にオイル、ワックスでお手入れして頂けるとキレイな状態で長持ち致します。水弾きが悪く艶くすみが出てきたら頃合いです。アマゾンや楽天で３０００円程度で揃います。
    塗り方はウッドフード公式YouTubeで分かりやすく説明されています。


    天然木の特性として反りや割れが発生する可能性があります。また特有の傷等もあります。返品交換できませんので、ご購入の際は予め天然木の特性をよく理解して頂きます様お願い致します。
