    ●内容量 0.5kg (500g)


    〇「吸水ポリマー」などと呼ばれ、紙おむつ、生理用品、簡易トイレの吸水部、熱中症対策グッズの保水部などに用いられる高い吸水能力を持つ素材です。

    〇人体に無害な「アクリル酸重合物ナトリウム塩」を主成分とし、自重の約300～500倍の水分を素早く吸収し球状に膨らみます。

    〇生物による分解性がありませんので、化学組成を変質させる外的要因（熱、湿気、紫外線など）がなければ経年劣化はしないとされる長期間の備蓄に適した製品です。本製品は、高純度の高吸水性樹脂（純度93wt%以上）ですが、7wt%未満の範囲（通常2～4wt%）で不純物（黒・茶色の粒や破砕片）が混入しております。

    関西大手化成品製造メーカーの使い捨てタイプの製品です。高品質かつ実績のあるメーカー様の商品ですので安心してご使用いただけます。

    本製品の特徴：製造メーカーや種類により吸水倍率は数多ある高吸水性樹脂ですが、本製品は最大膨張率（水道水ならば約300ml吸水時）において、樹脂の外殻強度が高く「外殻崩壊ゲル（とろみのある水や粘度のある水と言った状態)」になりにくいのが最大の特徴です。他の製品と比較し使い捨てタイプ（国産）の中では、流動性の改善でTOPクラスの製品です。※最大膨張時の状態は、数百倍吸水時の写真をご参照ください。

    標準添加量
    〇水道水の場合：500mlに対して2～3gで緩いゼリー状になり、10g弱で流動性がない状態になります。
    〇人の尿の場合：500mlに対して5～10gでゼリー状（この状態で廃棄できます）になり、20g以上で流動性のない状態になります。
    〇泥土の場合：1ｍ^3に対して1～3kgで流動性のない状態になります。※溝掃除や浸水被害の際の泥土・泥水処理の目安添加量

    使用方法
    〇本製品を必要量投与するだけです。泥土状の場合は、投与後に混ぜ合わせればより効果を発揮します。

    吸水させる液体の性状により吸水倍率は変動します。イオン状物質や不純物が多いと吸水倍率は低下します。また、泥土や泥水も性状（礫・砂・シルト・粘土の割合）により吸水倍率は変動しますので、予めビーカーテストにて必要添加量を確認した上でご使用ください。

    水を吸水させた場合は「燃やせるゴミ」として廃棄できます。が、尿や人体に有害な物質を含有する液体（車の冷却水等）を吸水させた場合は「廃掃法」に規定がありますので、お住いの自治体窓口で廃棄方法をご確認ください。
