    鉱物名：セレスタイト 和名：天青石（てんせいせき） 
    産地：マダガスカル
     
    とーってもきれいな青色をしていますね。
    淡いブルーから濃いブルーホワイトのコントラストが美しいです。 
    雪山や氷河を連想させる神秘的なお姿。

    卵型がとてもチャーミングで手にすっぽりおさまるところが良いです。
    太陽光でみると虹の結晶が何か所かあり幻想的に魅了させます。
    光に透かすと、画像4のようにお色のグラデーションや内部構造が見えます。

    マダガスカル産の本鉱はジオード中に美しい群晶を作るといいます。
    セレスタイトのクラスターは大きなものはあまり採掘されませんが、
    大きな原石からこの形に整えられたと推測します。
     
    セレスタイトの石言葉は休息、癒し効果が抜群なんです。

    セレスタイト色の語源は「空色」
