    ■商品説明
    日本でも有名な刃物の町、関市で作られたプロ用高級包丁『関鸞 牛刀 240mm 八角柄 Nシリーズ』新品です。

    槌目ダマスカスにサビに強く切れ味の鋭いVG10を割り込んだ高級感のある牛刀です。
    こちらは180mmサイズの牛刀とは違い刃渡りや重量感もあって仕事で包丁を使うことの多い方向けの大きさです。

    柄の形状の中では一番高価な八角柄タイプになります。見た目も高級感が増し、八角になっているので握りやすいです。
    鍛造による槌目 鍛造によってできた槌目模様は、食材を切った際に包丁離れが良いので、調理がスムーズに進みます。
