    霊峰ヒマラヤのふもと、ネパールから荘厳な趣のあるシンギングボウルが届きました。通常のシンギングボウルよりも肉厚の真鍮を用い、更に職人による細やかな彫琢がなされた素晴らしい逸品です。失敗の許されない彫琢の見事さもさることながら、豊かな低音と倍音の響きはまさに一生物といって差し支えありません。

    フェルトマットで柔らかく打ち鳴らすとボウル全体に響きの波紋が広がっていくのが目に見えるのは、うっとりする眺めです。機械で作られているわけではないので、一品一品音が違いますし、また手で打ち出した後も響きが残り、厚みも全く違います。使いつづけていけば、きっとあなただけの特別なシンギングボウルになるはずです。

    ■シンギングボウルの鳴らし方について■
    シンギングボウルの鳴らし方は木の棒で叩くか、ふちをこするだけの簡単な動作だけ。最初は音を出すのが難しいかもしれませんが慣れてくると不思議な倍音の周波数とあなたの脳が共鳴し、なんとも安らかな気持ちに。お香を炊いて月を見ながら静かに耳を澄ませる時などにとてもマッチすると思いますよ。

    キーについて倍音を出やすくするために数種類の金属を配合してできたものですので、シンギングボールの持ち方や叩き方、叩く位置などでもピッチが変わってきます。また、倍音の特性としまして擦ってでた倍音はこちらのピッチとは限りません。こちらで測ったキーは、一つの目安としてお考え頂ければと思います。記載されている音程以外が鳴りやすい場合もございますので、音程が気になる場合は、試奏の録音からご判断ください。音程が異なる場合の返品交換は承ることができかねます。
