    1982年・1987年に西武美術館で開催された展覧会「芸術と革命」展の図録。第1巻（1982年）では、絵画、グラフィック、舞台美術、工芸、ファッション等、幅広いジャンルからロシア・アヴァンギャルドの代表的な作品を集め、1910年～1932年のロシア芸術の流れを解説。第2巻（1987年）では、ウラジミール.V.マヤコフスキー、アレクサンドル・ロドチェンコ、ヴァルバーラ・ステパーノヴァ、フセヴォロド・E・メイエルホリド、セルゲイ・エイゼンシュテイン、P・N・フィローノフの活動に焦点をあて、ロシア・アヴァンギャルドの文学、演劇、絵画、映画等を中心に紹介。

    状態は、第1巻の天・見返しにシミ、ジャケットの裏表紙に裂け（補修済み）、本体扉に印有。第2巻のジャケットにスレ有。本体は天に小さな汚れ有。
