    『辞典と言っても紅茶について詳しく書いてある本のことだろうと思っていましたが、本当に国語辞典のような用語集でした。
    著者の私見を一切入れない解説はまさに「辞典」で、軟水と硬水の定義を科学的に、実際の数値や計算式を使って解説するなど、一般的な紅茶の本にはあまり書いていないことがたくさん書いてあります。
    付録には「トルコチャイについて」や「スコーンの作り方などなど盛りだくさんの内容。
    どっぷりと紅茶の世界にはまりたい人は結構使える内容です。 』
