    四国八十八箇所巡礼は「同行二人」といわれますが、これは大師様（空海）と 一緒のという意味で、
    目に見えなくても大師様と一緒と思う人のそばに必ずい てくれている、、、そういう意味だそうです。
    表に弘法大師の坐像を配し、頭上には大日如来の梵字 を中心にまわりに八つの梵字（八体の仏
    の象徴）の曼荼羅を配しています。裏には四国 八十八箇所のお寺を点であらわし、八十八のお寺
    の巡礼を祈願しています。四国八十八箇所の地図のの上 には光明真言を梵字で著しています。
    「南無大師遍金剛」 を三回唱えるようにしてあります。弘法大師は大日如来の化身ともいわれ、大
    日如来は宇宙の中心であり、 あらゆる仏様の代表だとされています。大日如来をとりまくのは、宝
    幢如来、普賢菩薩、開敷華王如来、文殊菩薩 、阿弥陀如来、観世音菩薩、天鼓雷音如来、弥勒菩
    薩、の八尊仏。この九尊仏はあらゆる魔を除け、願い事は 何事もかなえてくれるとされています。 
    光明真言は大日如来に対する祈願であり、大きな功徳がなされていま す。光明真言を三回、七回、
    二十一回持念し、誦する者は生死の重罪をのがれ、宿業病障を除き、知恵弁才 福楽長寿を得ると
    されています。また、真言を100回諷誦し、土砂を加持して死者の上に散ずればその加持力 によって、
    亡者得脱、諸々の罪障消滅し、西方安楽国土に往生ができると伝承されています。
    弘法大師の功徳がビッシリ詰まった護符（お守り）。いつも身に付けて、平安で幸せな毎日を送ってください。
