    作家説明■明治33年7月15日兵庫県加東郡に生れ、神戸県立第一中学校を卒業した。昭和3年第15回二科展「淡路街道」「八月の淡路」が初入選し、
    昭和9年第21回展「アメリカ村」ほかで特待となり、同12年には会友推薦になった。昭和16年二科会友賞となり、同17年会員推挙となる。
    昭和18年文展無鑑賞。戦後は昭和21年行動美術協会創立会員となり、日展にも依嘱出品した。作品は専ら風景、静物を多く描いた。
