    「日動画廊取扱作品」

    ★作品名：裸婦  1970年作

    ★作家名：小林 哲夫

            こばやし てつお（1927-1997） 新潟県佐渡市出身
       
      1952年日展初入選。1965年一水会展第十回記念展賞受賞。1971年ヨーロッパへ渡って翌年帰朝し、日動画廊の東京・大阪・名古屋の本・支店で滞欧作品展を開き、1976年インド・スリランカ・タイ・中国を旅した。この年有志とともに、現代パステル作家協会展を結成した。この間、ＮＨＫドラマ「天才画の女」「華族の女」などの絵画指導を担当、1986年日伯受賞店で大賞をもらった。1989年公募団体現代パステル協会を創立し、第一回展が開催されている。1992年には国際文化賞を受けるなど、パステル画の第一人者と評された。四度にわたるインド旅行から、インド思想の中心概念ともいわれるサンラーサ（輪廻転生）をテーマに、民族衣装の女性や女体の組み合わせなどを、多彩な色彩を駆使して描き、宗教色豊かな作品を多く残しました。
