    長崎県佐世保市にあるハウステンボスのギヤマンミュージアム、ポルセレインミュージアムの作品集2冊セットになります。

    ◇ギヤマンミュージアム
    チーズで有名なオランダ・ゴーダ市の市庁舎を模した、スタッドハウス内にあるギヤマンミュージアムでは、世界のガラス作品を紹介しています。輝きを上げるカット技法や色ガラス、また化学反応を利用した作品など、ガラスの種類や技法は多岐に渡ります。２階展示室ではチェコのボヘミアガラスを中心に、技法ごとに作品を展示。3F展示室では、ヴェネツィアやオランダ、中国を始め、世界各地のガラスのきらめきをお楽しみいただけます。

    ◇ポルセレインミュージアム
    江戸時代にヨーロッパへ輸出された古伊万里を中心に展示。有田で生産された日本の磁器は、長崎・出島からオランダ船に乗って世界へ旅立ち、ヨーロッパで熱狂的に愛されます。青一色の染付を始め、赤・藍・金がふんだんに使われた豪華なものまで、一口に古伊万里と言っても多種多様な器が作られました。本美術館ではそんな磁器の歴史をご紹介しています。また約3,000点の有田焼で彩られた磁器の間や、普段は見られない作品を紹介する小企画展も必見です。

    それぞれのミュージアムの代表的な収蔵品がカラーにて収められています。
