    10年以上経過した、煤竹又は煤竹製品を加工して販売させて頂いてます。竹皮ばり残しで加工してますので、御刀に合わせる際にも充分な面積が残ります！

    私自身の居合刀にも使っておりますが、型居合ですとほぼ交換する必要の無い強度です。

    煤竹ならではの色味が、御刀の美しさを更に引締めるかと思います。

    各サイズ販売しておりますので、宜しくお願い致します。

    販売している1本で大体目釘8本分ですので、抜刀術の方でも大分持ちますよ～(**)

    辻斬り(ダメ絶対)とか特殊なご職業で竹割りしてる暇ないから大量にって方は質問欄よりご連絡ください、私割りまくります。

    標準品【特】範囲は厚み7mm以上8mm未満、長さ15cm以上です、万が一これ以下が混入しておりましたらお手数ですがご連絡ください。

    差表側7mm未満の目釘向きです。

    目視で確認出来ない母材内部の虫食いは保証外です、端材を無料にて同梱して発送しておりますのでお許しください。

    ※ご参考までに、目釘(母材)の合わせ方下記手順になります。

    ①御刀の目釘穴に合わせて大まかに目釘母材を削ります(竹皮は残す)

    ②カッター等で円になるように整形します、この時は先端に真っ直ぐではなく、斜めに少しづつ細かくやりますと失敗しにくいです。

    ③目釘穴に差し込み回したりしてから抜きますと当っている部分に傷がついてますのでヤスリで成形していきます。

    ④反対側に1.5mm位でるイメージの場所に印をつけノコギリ等で切断しますが、先ずは周りを削り芯だけ残すイメージで最後に芯を切りますとささくれ無くしあがります。

    ⑤炊飯ジャーに60℃～70℃のお湯を入れ、オリーブオイル入りのジップロックに目釘を入れ一晩放置。朝取り出して夕方辺りまで放置、後は乾かせば完成です。

    ⑥面倒臭い方は、上記方法で作成致しました目釘3本セット販売中ですので、是非ご利用ください。

    ※そのまま使える事は稀です。微調整し易いように長めに作ってますので、調整後④をご参考に切断してお使いください。

    ※竹割からやられたほうがとお考えな方に、念の為やり方下記御説明いたします。（母材売れなくなりそうですが、居合道人は皆様仲間です。）

    ①ナタ 竹用ノコギリ準備致します。
    ②入用な長さにノコギリで切断、節残し等は竹みながら割れそうな厚みなら自己責任で（笑）
    ③目釘横幅に合わせてナタを立て竹とナタを密着させてナタごと地面に叩きつけます。

    これだけですが、虫食い（これホントに多いです。）や、厚みが均一ではない為……運です。
