    Item Description

    碓井健吾さんの序の舞で使用されているボーラーk990鋼と全く同じ鋼を使用した特注鉋になります。
    特別焼鈍により組織の球状化が緻密な鋼になっています。
    ボーラーk990は主にナイフに使われる鋼で炭素量1.0で成分としてリンと硫黄の不純物が少ない非常に良い鋼です。　
    巷で話題の白紙鋼の鉋よりも確実に切れます。
    アッサブk120の鉋よりも切れました。
    低カーボン量の鋼なので元々甘い鋼になります。
    炭焼き170度戻しです。
    刃を鋭角に研ぎすぎると刃がポロポロ欠けることがあります。最終仕上げ刃角度33度前後で研いでいただけると刃カケもなくなります。
    今まで僕が使用した鉋の中でも抜群に切れました。
    仕込み角度は八分5厘〜2厘です。
    基本的に針葉樹向きですが、刃先のコントロールがしやすい鉋ですので、角度を起こすと杉の木口や広葉樹でも対応できます。

    材料に吸い付き、引きも抜群に軽いです。
    値段以上の価値はあります。
