    略歴
    １９３１（昭和　６）年　　志摩郡浜島町で生まれる。
    １９４９（昭和２４）年　　三重県窯業研修所終了後、伊賀佐那具陶磁研究所に入所、日根野作三の指導を　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
    　　　　　　　　　　　　　　受ける。
    　　　　　　　　　　　　　　その後、美濃の上山製陶所に移り、そこで荒川豊蔵を知り２年間指導を受ける。
    １９５７（昭和３２）年　　第１３回日展初入選、以後昭和５６年まで出品する。
    １９５８（昭和３３）年　　萩において作陶を始める。吉賀大眉に師事する。
    　　　　　　　　　　　　　　その後、現代工芸美術展にも出品、同展の海外巡回展に選抜され、現代工芸　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
    　　　　　　　　　　　　　　会会員となる。東京高島屋、大阪そごうなどで個展を開催。
    １９７１（昭和４６）年　　山口県芸術文化振興奨励賞を受賞。
    １９７６（昭和５１）年　　第１５回現代工芸展出品作を伊勢神宮に献納する。
    １９７８（昭和５３）年　　日本新工芸家連盟の設立に際し、現代工芸を退会し、新工芸会会員となる。
    １９８１（昭和５６）年　　この年を最後に、日展、新工芸会への出品をやめる。
    １９８４（昭和５９）年　　第３１回伝統工芸展に「伊羅保線彫壺」を出品、以後同会に出品を続ける。
