    ■作品紹介
    「あけぼの」星襄一による1974年作、直筆サイン・印有りの木版画、飾りやすいサイズの作品です。 1913年新潟県生まれ。1932年台南師範学校卒業。1946年台湾より引揚げ、印刷業を営みながら孔版画を始めました。1949年日本版画協会展で根市賞。1952年日本版画協会会員。1956年42歳で武蔵野美術学校を卒業し、木版画を独習。1959年国画賞。1960年国画会会員。1979年65歳で逝去。抽象表現に始まり、「星座シリーズ」、「樹シリーズ」に至るまで、20余年の間に約400点の作品を残しました。
