    パキスタンの手織り絨毯。

    たて糸はコットン、よこ糸にはウールを使用し、ウールはすべて草木などの自然染料を用いて染色致しております。

    ウールはアフガニスタン北西部の山岳地帯に生息する羊の毛(ガズニウール)を使用しています。

    厳しい寒さに耐えることのできる品種の羊からとれる羊毛は毛が長く、脂肪分を多く含んでいます。

    脂肪分を多く含むウールは汚れが付きにくいことも大きな特徴です。

    ウールは夏涼しく、冬は暖かく、お部屋を快適に彩ってくれるとても機能的な手織り物です。

    ベースは無染色のナチュラルウールそのままの色合いを活かしています。

    自然なグラデーションベースに動物や草花のモチーフが描かれた絨毯。

    素朴で愛らしいモチーフがたくさんデザインされています。

    フリンジは飾り糸を巻き丁寧に装飾されています。
