    当時の各省の記念切手をまとめたものです。当時の担当者の名刺2枚もございます。

    ・中華民国74年記念 Postage stamps pubulic of Chinaです。

    ・74年のものは中々出てこないとの事です。大変希少な物ですのでコレクターの方いかがでしょうか。
