    ヴェルナー・パントンが1959年にデザインした世界初の完全一体成形チェア「パントンチェア」

    ハーマンミラー社(現ヴィトラ）にて1971～79年の期間のみ製造されたこちらは、
    現在製造を行っているドイツ・ヴィトラ社の白い樹脂に塗装を施した仕様とは異なり、
    「ルーランS」という樹脂自体に色が付いている素材を用いて成型されています。

    今回入荷したの椅子は1973年製です。
    コレクターに人気の赤(オレンジ)。

    ［留意点］
    一体成形チェアで、座ったときの強度を確保するために座面裏のフィンがあります。
    ヒビや割れはありませんが、50年前の椅子ですので、実用でのご使用は控えられた方がよいと考えます。
    鑑賞に耐えうる彫刻的な椅子ですので、ぜひご検討ください。
