    川端近左の手桶水指です。堀内流十二代兼中斎 宗完の花押がございます。風格ある逸品です。

    【川端近左】
    川端近左は200年続く由緒ある漆芸の名跡。主に棗を中心にした茶道具を作っている。 京都の油屋「近江屋」の初代当主「川端佐兵衛」が、趣味人で絵や漆に興味を持ち作品を作ったのがはじまり。 初代の雅号が「近左」で代々受け継がれている。 総じて芸術に長けた家系であり、代々引き継がれてきた技で素晴らしい作品を作り上げている。
