    小林和作Wasaku Kobayashi
    1888年-1974年
    山口県生まれ。京都市立美術工芸学校卒。京都市立絵画専門学校卒。
    1910年　在学中、第4回文部省展覧会初入選
    1920年　鹿子木孟郎の画塾に通う。
    1921年　上京して梅原龍三郎・中川一政・林武らの指導を受ける。
    1924年　第2回春陽会展初入選
    1925年　第3回春陽会展賞受賞（翌年、同賞受賞）
    1934年　春陽会を脱会し、独立美術協会会員となる。
    1952年　中国文化賞
    1953年　芸術選奨文部大臣賞
    1971年　勲三等旭日中綬章
    1974年　逝去
    尾道市名誉市民。秋穂町名誉町民。天地豊麗という言葉を好んで使っていた。

    真作表記につきまして、真作表記の作品が万が一公式の鑑定機関（絵画収集家・専門家・美術館・学芸員・画廊・所定鑑定人となっていない作家親族などによる判断は、正式な鑑定とは認められません。）から真作でないと判断された場合、落札金額を御返金致します。但し、購入代金の払い戻しをする以外に一切の義務はなく、損害賠償・利息・送料・鑑定料・損害金・その他の費用の支払いは一切致しません。
    鑑定を行う際には、落札から5日以内にその旨を取引ナビにてご連絡ください。また、鑑定に要する日数は最長2ヶ月間とさせて頂きます。
    鑑定の結果が出ましたら公定鑑定機関での鑑定料の領収書のコピーが必要ですのでご提出ください。なお、鑑定に関する費用、送料などの諸経費はご落札者様でご負担下さい。鑑定の代行などはできませんのでご了承ください。
