    最後の「鉄釜外史」は、
    日本の小説家である正岡子規が書いた作品です。正岡子規は、明治時代に活躍した俳人であり、俳句の革新を図ったことで知られています。彼の作品「鉄釜外史」は、明治時代の日本の風俗を描いた小説であり、その中にさまざまな人々の言葉が登場します。
     
    。正岡子規（まさおか しき）は、日本の俳人、歌人、国語学研究家であり、明治時代に活躍した文学者です。正岡子規は本名を正岡常規（まさおか つねのり）といい、1867年10月14日に生まれ、1902年9月19日に亡くなりました。彼は俳句や随筆などの作品で知られており、現代俳句の発展に大きく貢献した人物として評価されています。子規は自然や事物を写生した俳句を作り、俳句界に革新をもたらしたことで知られています。彼は短い生涯の中で約2万の句を書いたとされています。
     
    富岡鉄斎（とみおか てっさい）は、明治・大正期の日本の文人画家、儒学者、教員であり、日本最後の文人とされています。1837年1月25日に生まれ、1924年12月31日に亡くなりました。富岡鉄斎は幕末、京都の商家に生まれ、石門心学を中心に儒学、陽明学、国学、神道、仏教など幅広い学問を学び、南宗画ややまと絵など様々な流派の絵画も独学しました。彼は学識豊かな画業を展開し、絵を描くためには勉学と旅が必要であると考え、全国を旅して勝景を探求しました。
     
    富岡鉄斎の絵画は人間の理想を表現し、画壇の巨匠たちや一般の人々から尊敬され、新世代の青年画家たちからも注目されました。彼は幕末に人格を形成し、明治初期には神官として古跡の調査や復興に尽力しました。最後は市井の画家として生き、1924年の大晦日に亡くなりました。2024年には没後100年を迎えることになり、京都国立近代美術館では「没後100年 富岡鉄斎」展が開催されています。展覧会では彼の画業と生涯が回顧されています。
