    ◆関羽◆
    中国後漢末期の武将。字は雲長（うんちょう）。元の字は長生。司隷河東郡解県（現在の山西省運城市塩湖区解州鎮常平村）の人。文人の家系で、祖父は関審、父は関毅、子は関平・関興、孫は関統・関彝。
    蜀漢の創始者である劉備に仕え、その人並み外れた武勇や義理を重んじた彼は曹操など同時代の多くの人から称賛された。後漢から贈られた封号は漢寿亭侯。諡が壮繆侯（または壮穆侯）だが、諡号は歴代王朝から多数贈られた（爵諡を参照）。死後、後世の人々に神格化され関帝（関聖帝君・関帝聖君）となった。
    小説『三国志演義』では、「雲長、関雲長あるいは関公、関某と呼ばれ、一貫して諱を名指しされていない」、「大活躍する場面が壮麗に描かれている」など、前述の関帝信仰に起因すると思われる特別扱いを受けている。


    ◆沈香（じんこう）◆
    代表的な香木の一つ。放つ香りは産地によって違って、柔らかくて甘く、または強烈な甘い匂いや清々しい香りが爽やかです。昔から組香に使われており、癒しな香りです。特にその鎮静効果は高く、古来、安眠、リラックスのために、使うことが多いです。リビングルーム、寝室、勉強、オフィス、瞑想ルーム、ヨガルーム、ホテルなど広く使用されてます。沈香木は上等な彫刻の素材ですが、その材質が均一ではなく、彫刻するには他の木材より難しく、卓越した技術力を持ってる職人のみ彫刻できます。沈香の彫刻品は古風で素朴さがあり、趣があってコレクションの価値が高くて、非常に人気があります。
