    大野鈍阿について｜岐阜県土岐市が生んだ著名な陶芸家 大野鈍阿は、美濃焼の産地として知られる現在の岐阜県土岐市に生まれました。子どもの頃から陶芸と親しむ環境に恵まれ、東京に移住すると益田鈍翁の指導のもと腕を磨きます。今回は大野鈍阿の修業時代に焦点を当てながら、作品が絶賛された茶会などについてご紹介します。 生まれ故郷は美濃焼の産地 大野鈍阿は、美濃焼で有名な岐阜県土岐郡（現土岐市）を生まれ故郷とする陶芸家です。岐阜県土岐市は、美濃焼の産地として長い歴史と伝統のある街。いまも当地や周辺地域では、美濃焼を代表する志野や織部、黄瀬戸、黒瀬戸の品々が盛んに生産されています。 そんな恵まれた環境のなかで、大野鈍阿は子どものときから陶芸に親しみました。20歳頃までにはろくろをひいたといわれ、窯をたく職人になっています。 1909年に上京すると品川の大横町で暮らし始め、水焜炉（こんろ）や行平などの雑器をつくっていました。その働きぶりによって益田鈍翁に見いだされ、益田家のお抱え職人として迎えられます。大野鈍阿は益田家の邸宅内に陶磁器釜を築くと、鈍翁の指導のもと、陶芸の腕を磨いていきました。 数あるオークションの中よりご覧頂き感謝です。
