    戦前に作られました、朝鮮風俗人形の『除魔将軍標』です。
    高さ15.5㎝、総重量100ｇです。
    大将軍の頭部に古い欠けがありますが、全体としては良い状態です。 
    戦前の古玩具ならではの趣き深い作品です。

    〇将軍標とは、朝鮮半島の村落に見られる魔除けのための境界標。
    第二次世界大戦前までは、除魔将軍標と称され、略称の将軍標も用いられていた。
    かつての朝鮮半島では、疾病や災難をもたらす鬼神信仰があり、
    その魔除けのため、異形相の人面の下に漢字が刻まれた木製標を村落の入り口に設置していた。
