    ※商品が重量物の場合は、「フォークリフト」「ハンドリフト」等のご手配をお願い致します。
    ※配送車(トラック)はパワーゲート車ではありません。トラックの荷台上より お客様で荷下ろし、搬入を行って頂きます。
    ※再配達費用などは弊社では負担致しかねます。
    ※トラック横付け(高さ3m進入可)できる場合に限ります。
    ※トラックが軒先に横付けが出来ない場合や、アーケード等で運送会社が入れない(道路幅、人通りの多さなどで危険など)と判断した場合は、トラックの停車できる場所でのお渡しになります。
    ※高さがある商品は、横に出来ないため立てた状態のまま配送車から荷降ろして頂きます。
    ※大きな施設・建物の場合(大型店舗・学校など)、配送業者指定の場所での荷台渡しです。
    ※ドライバーは〇階へ商品の移動、「搬入」のお手伝いも出来ません。
    配達日の指定は可能ですが前後する可能性もございます。日曜・祝日は配送できません。
